Consignor Information

Entering your consignor information correctly is very important, ESPECIALLY YOUR CONSIGNOR NUMBER. Supplying the correct information helps to ensure sold items are credited to the correct consignor, and that you get the extra 10% on your sold items if you help at the sale.   Enter all information carefully, and double check to be sure it's correct.  If you are unsure of your consignor number, see the example:

  • This is my first time consigning at any Just Between Friends Sale.

  • I have consigned with Just Between Friends Longmont in the past.

  • I have consigned with another Just Between Friends sale but this is my first time in Longmont.

Drop Off Window

You will need to schedule a drop off appointment to control the flow during drop off. Please schedule the time that works best for you. Only schedule 1 time, you can take as long as you need. Plan on 30-90 minutes for drop off depending on how many items you have. 

All clothing items will be inspected at drop off if you are not on our Clothing Fast Pass List. This list will be sent out closer to the sale. 

Any unacceptable or out of season items will be sent home with you. Earn a Clothing Fast Pass for the Fall if you don't have more than 3 items rejected.

  • Please use this selection if you are JBF Longmont Staff. JBF Staff does not need an appointment to drop off items.

Unsold Items

  • If you chose to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you're all set. We have relationships with area non-profit organizations whose mission is to serve those in need. You can feel good knowing that your unsold items will be used and loved by others who appreciate your generosity.

  • If you chose not to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you must reserve an appointment below to pick them up.

     Please Note, items having tags that show they are to be donated will be donated even if you check here that you are picking them up. This form is for you to make an appointment to pick up your items, it in no way changes what you have printed on your tag.

Unsold items with tags having a "D" in a circle are automatically donated:

  • Jbf staff does not need an assigned pick up time.

  • I have marked all of my items donate and will not be picking up.

Consignor Fee

Early Bird Pricing remains $10 through April 4th and increases to $15 on April 5th - It will go to $20 - 2 weeks from sale

Consignor Fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable

  • Don't want to prepay, that's okay! We will take it out of your check. Normal consignor fee is $20.

Consignor Waiver
Read and click  "I have read and agree to the terms"  box to indicate your agreement.

Pre-paid Seller Fees are non-refundable (please reserve your Seller spot when you are certain about your plans to sell - this helps us plan for you).

I am the owner of and have carefully inspected the items that I am consigning.

I understand and agree that Just Between Friends (JBF) of and Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc. are not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to the items I am consigning.

I understand that JBF of Longmont is only a broker or agent for the Consigner. Longmont has no obligation to pay for unsold items. Title possession remains with the Consignor.

I understand that I will earn 60% of the gross sales actually received by JBF Longmont for the items I offer for sale, plus a $20.00 Consignor Fee for participation in the Longmont Sale.

I understand Longmont will sell the items I am consigning for the price listed on the barcode tags I have created. I understand that the price sold will be controlled by the printed tag attached to the item & not any subsequent changes online.

I understand if my item is marked full price, it will only be sold at full price; if my item is marked to reduce, it will be discounted during Half Price Presale and on 50% off day.

I verify that no item I am consigning is the subject of any current, pending or threatened recall notice according to the Consumer Products Safety Commission.

Each item is clean, in good operating condition & is not defective, broken or damaged in any way. If any item is purchased and returned because it is defective, is missing parts or does not work, I will not be paid any amount for the sale of that item.

I understand that unsold items that are NOT marked DONATE will be sorted to the first letter of my consignor number. I will be responsible for picking up my items from each area.

I understand that unsold items marked DONATE will qualify to be sold during 75% off day on Sunday.

I understand that by appearing in a public venue as a shopper or consignor, JBF has my permission to use my image in any JBF publicity avenue they choose. I may verbally request to not be photographed at the Sale.

I understand that the email address listed in my JBF Profile will be used to issue my consignor payment.
